The India Government has previously said that, 15th November is last date for filling the KYC form. But now Government have decided to extend the KYC form submission last date to December 31, This news said by Oil Ministry official. People note that Multiple LPG connections in the same name and same address also husband and wife own separate gas connection at the same address would be disconnected.
Consumers can download the available LPG KYC Form format pdf file and take print out of it. You have to fill all the necessary details like Distributer Name, Name of Consumer, Salutation, First name, last name, consumer number, date of birth, father’s name, address. The will ask the other mandatory fields for address proof verification’s, You can provide any one the following documents of proof of address. Aadhaar (UID) Driving License No, Lease agreement / rent receipt, Voter ID No, Telephone/Electricity, or any other utility bill Passport, Self-declaration attested by Gazetted officer, Ration Card, Flat allotment/possession letter, House registration document. You have to submit self-attested photocopies of address and ID proof along with the KYC filled application form.
Notes:
1) Candidates note that, new subsidised LPG domestic cylinder connections will be issued
after the completion of the KYC formalities and after verification of multiple connection
check.
2) The news said by official, Consumers who have taken LPG Connection all are eligible for
only three subsidised domestic cylinders during the current year remaining period till 31st
March 2013.
3) LPG consumers can get six domestic subsidised LPG GAS refill cylinders starting from
1st April 2013 for that financial year.
