Office of the New York State Comptroller is providing pensions and various other benefits for the members registered in NYSLRS. New York State & Local Retirement System (NYSLRS) is helping the members, retirees and beneficiaries by issuing pensions. Those who are eligible can register online in NYSLRS official portal and sign up a new account.
If you have an account already in NYSLRS, one can login online and view benefit information, update contact information, update or view beneficiaries and many more.
Once you reach NYSLRS portal you can find the options like Sign In, If you are new user can register new account. In Retirement Online page you can find options like Members, Retirees, Beneficiaries, Overview, Tips and Contact Us.
Retirement Online Operational Hours:
Please do note that Retirement online is not available 24/7. It’s operational from 7 am to 9.30 pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. On Tuesday the online working of NYSLRS retirement online in 7 am to 6 pm. On Saturday and Sundays the timing will be from 6.00 am till 11.00 pm. These timings are respective to EST/EDT.

1) Kindly visit https://web.osc.state.ny.us/retire/retirement_online/customers.php#members which is the official portal of NYSLRS.
2) Hit the Sign In button if you have an account already. Otherwise use the Register Now option to create an account for you.
3) With respective to the NYSLRS operational hours you may login to your account online.
