VIT Vellore (Vellore Institute of Technology) engineering entrance exam held on 16-April-2011 Saturday. VIT has shifted the examination timing to the afternoon session at 2:30 to 5:00 PM. The reason for the change of examination timing is some students appearing for IIST (ISAT) and some other examinations in the morning session. So the VITEEE 2011 entrance exam is rescheduled in the afternoon session.

This VITEEE 2011 exam is for the engineering admission for 2011 – 2012. VIT engineering entrance exam pattern contains 4 different sections as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology. The question type is based on Objective and each part contains 40 questions and each question carries one mark. The questions are based on State board CBSE Syllabus with no negative marks.
