Functionalities:

2. Grievence handling and status reporting to employee
3.  Griveance Manager should resolve the complaint raised by Employee
4. User should be able to Search for Grievence
5. Employee should be able to raise converns about the office

Module:

a) Login and Registration
b) Grievence Registry
c)  Grievence Forum with search facility
d) Reports on resolved/open complaints
e) Administration
